About As We Wander and Jennifer Tuttle Photography

First conceptualized as a writing project, As We Wander has evolved since its creation in 2016 to have a much higher focus on photography, though the primary subject of nature remains unchanged. Photography goals include cataloging nature and natural processes, capturing as much biodiversity as possible, and highlighting the beauty of both the exotic and the everyday. The writing is shared with intention to make nature accessible, share the stories behind the images, and to learn from mistakes made when things don’t go quite as planned.

After years as a passion project, while I wandered the country every chance I got looking for all kinds of animals in all kinds of environments, I’ve amassed quite the portfolio. So in 2025, I went full time. See below for links to shops and other info.

Jennifer Tuttle Photography is an offshoot to the As We Wander Blog chronologically, but allows me to cover a wider scope. Stay tuned for lots of developments in the coming days.
